Compensation for Deacons

In 2024, The 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church approved Resolution A135, encouraging each diocese to consider paying all active, non-stipendiary clergy, of any order under the age of 72, a minimum of $25 per month.

Prior to this, in 2021, ECCT adopted a resolution requiring all vocational deacons serving in Connecticut to be paid $25 (twenty-five) a month.
