Planned as a time to step back from daily demands, the retreat invites vestry members to recharge spiritually and personally while strengthening relationships with one another. Shared meals and informal conversations create space for listening and the exchange of ideas that build trust and deepen community.
Worship and reflection will anchor our time together, helping us reconnect with our shared call to this faithful ministry. There will be both facilitated conversations and quiet moments for vestry members to reflect on where our parishes are now and where God is calling us to be. As leaders, let’s share our challenges and hopes before us, along with the practices and resources with proven success.
This is a time for spirit-led discernment, mutual support, and renewed vision.
Overnight accommodations are available at Camp Washington, and all meals will be provided. Whether staying overnight or joining for part of the retreat, all are invited into a restful, meaningful experience of worship, reflection, and relationship-building.
