Six sessions, Sunday afternoons, three churches in Torrington.

Please join us for a transformational dialogue series about white privilege and how it affects those who have it as well as those who don't. Race can be a difficult subject, so we will strive to create a safe space where we can speak openly and honestly - and actively listen to each other. The facilitators are Rev. Sara Krhla of Church of Christ Congregational, Rev. Rhonda Myers of United Congregational Church, and Conrad Sienkiewicz of Trinity Episcopal Church. Participants will watch some brief videos, read a few short articles, and do some optional journaling. Attendance at all sessions is highly encouraged but not required.

These Sunday meetings begin with a simple lunch at noon and will run until 3pm:
March 17 at United Congregational Church - 1622 Torringford Street
March 24 and 31 at Church of Christ Congregational - on the Goshen Rotary
April 7 and 14 at Trinity Church - 220 Prospect Street Torrington
All are welcome to attend this free series. RSVPs are required so we can have an accurate count for lunch and materials. RSVP to Conrad at conradsank@gmail.com or (860) 808-9187
