NE Region: Crafting As Spiritual Practice

St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Manchester

Come join handcrafters from all around the NE Region for a day of fellowship focusing on how we connect our crafting to our Spiritual lives. All are welcome - beginning level to expect level to exploratory learner. Bring your portable handicrafts with you as we spend time in prayer and practice, sharing stories and soaking up the wisdom of God as manifested in each of us and our crafts.

Highlights of the day will include: technique stations where you can learn something new, a show & tell table, AND a swap table (so bring your extra craft materials that are ready for a new home!) A gentle reminder that if you bring things for the swap table, you must take home whatever hasn't found a new home. Of course, if crafting in silence is what you like best you will have plenty of space for that!

Bring your own lunch; coffee, tea, water & sweets provided by the generoisty of St. Mary's parish.

Come for a hour or come for the day; bring a friend! Bring that pesky project that's been sitting around for weeks/months/years and breath new life into it! We can't wait to spend this day with the crafters in the NE Region!
