Join with your siblings in Christ as we joyously celebrate the Ordination and Consecration of our Bishop-elect, the Rev. Jeffrey Mello. Please register and read the important information below.

Join the choir for the Ordination and Consecration of the Rev. Jeffrey Mello

One of the central components of the music in this service will be a large, ad hoc choir comprising singers from all over the diocese. Please share this exciting opportunity with your choir and encourage them to participate!

We are particularly interested in featuring children in this choral gathering, and so there will be a few items of music led by the children’s choir. All those in 8th-grade or younger will belong to the children’s choir, and high-schoolers and older will belong to the main SATB choir.

Safety Protocols:

Out of an abiding love of our neighbor, face masks and full vaccination will be required for attendance at the ordination and consecration service. Please know that there will be more than 1,500 people in attendance, and congregational singing will take place. Face masks will be enforced except when eating and drinking during the reception after the service. Registered guests will be informed in advance of any changes in COVID-19-related guidelines.

Registration and Sign-in:

Attendees will be required to sign in at the Convention Center prior to entering the ballrooms. Once registered, guests will receive a wristband. To expedite your sign-in, we recommend downloading the Eventbrite app to your mobile device for quick access to your mobile ticket.

This event will be livestreamed on ECCT’s YouTube channel and a link will be sent out prior to the service. If you are hosting a watch party and are interested in promoting it, contact Canon Jasree Peralta.
