May 6 @ 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
An event every week that begins at 10:00 AM on Friday, repeating until May 6, 2022
A 4-part book study at Camp Washington (and on Zoom) as we lead up to the anti-gun violence weekend in May at Camp. All are welcome!
Join us at Camp Washington (or on Zoom) for those who would like to discuss the book, “Beating Guns: Hope for People Who Are Weary of Violence” by Michael Martin and Shane Claiborne. Shane Claiborne will be the keynote speaker at a community-wide event at Camp Washington on Saturday, May 14. As we get closer to this event, we will look at his book in four sections. Dylan Mello, Carolyn Happy, and Bart Geissinger will help facilitate the sessions. We will meet at Camp Washington from 10:00-11:00AM on these dates:
- Friday, April 1
- Friday, April 8
- Friday, April 29

Each Friday session is free and coffee will be provided!
The book can be found online here, and at your local bookstores.
