Three-Year PIC Community of Practice Meeting

Each month those priests who are on the Three Year (3YrPIC) track gather for a day of prayer, study, conversation, and a meal. Time is spent as a community of practice sharing stories about what’s working and what needs attention in a space that is courageous and confidential. In addition, other aspects of life as a parish priest – from church governance and practice to community life and the study of theology and sacred texts – amplify the gatherings, as the cohort chooses. This is a time of ongoing formation, shaping the priest into the timely call as rector.
