Mark your calendars for a new opportunity for ECCT fellowship! From August 28–31, friends of ECCT are invited to gather for a relaxed and joy-filled camping weekend at Lone Oak Campsites in East Caanan, CT. This informal, participant-organized weekend is an opportunity for connection, rest, and late-summer enjoyment of God’s creation alongside colleagues and friends.
Participants will make their own reservations directly with Lone Oak and should be sure to mention they’s like to stay at “Chuck’s Circle” to be placed with the ECCT group.
This is an all-ages gathering and not a drop-off camp. Each household is responsible for securing its own site and providing appropriate supervision for children at all times; minors may not attend unaccompanied.
Please note that this is not a formal ECCT camp program, but rather a casual opportunity for community life together—one that complements the many ways our diocese already gathers for formation and fellowship.
Whether you’re a seasoned camper or simply looking for a new way to connect, this weekend offers a meaningful way to close out the summer. We have a limited amount of camping gear available to share for those who would like to participate but do not have their own equipment.
