 rsation at The Tavern in the Heritage Hotel.\n\nAs in many places today\
 , clergy in the Episcopal Church in Connecticut face the challenge of le
 ading in the post-pandemic environment\, amidst major cultural headwinds
  against participation in traditional congregations\, and in a volatile 
 social context. While the DNA of “missional church” has been present
  in the diocese for many years\, deeper questions of discipleship\, iden
 tity (of the church and clergy) and faithful innovation continue to emer
 ge. What does faithful and effective leadership look like amidst increas
 ing lay leadership and shifting demands on volunteerism and resources?\n
 \nThis year’s Clergy Conference will feature the Rev. Canon Blair Pog
 ue\, Canon for Innovation in the Episcopal Church in Minnesota and the 
 Rev. Dwight Zscheile\, Professor of Congregational Mission and Leadershi
 p at Luther Seminary as they lead us through short presentations\, trans
 ferable spiritual practices\, storytelling\, and interactive small group
