DESCRIPTION:Better Together is a program created by The King Center of A
 tlanta in 2022. Its goal is to bring people of different faiths together
  to learn how they can play a stronger role in creating positive social 
 change\, using Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s philosophy of nonviolence 
 as the foundation.\n\nThe program offers training\, conversation\, and h
 ands-on activities that help participants:\n\n❖ Communicate more effec
 tively\n\n❖ Build stronger relationships\n\n❖ Improve problem-solvin
 g skills\n\n❖ Learn practical\, nonviolent ways to create a kinder\, m
 ore peaceful community\n\nParticipants explore how to approach daily lif
 e—with their thoughts\, words\, and actions—from a perspective of lo
 ve and nonviolence. The program also focuses on identifying and overcomi
 ng racial divisions and other barriers that prevent communities from thr
 iving together. Leadership development is woven throughout\, using prove
 n methods that support both personal growth and community change. About 
 the 3-Hour “Exposure to Nonviolence” Session This session introduces
  the basics of Kingian Nonviolence\, including its core principles and s
 teps\, and explores how faith and love play a central role in building w
 hat Dr. King called the “Beloved Community.” Participants will discu
 ss two of Dr. King’s key writings — “Transformed Nonconformist” 
 and “Letter from a Birmingham Jail” and take part in guided group di
 scussions on applying nonviolent principles in daily life\, work\, and c
 ommunity settings. Participants in this session will also receive a disc
 ount toward enrolling in the NV365 Masterclass.\nREGISTER
