DESCRIPTION:A summer kids’ event called True North will be hosted at C
 hurch of the Good Shepherd from July 28 (Monday) to August 1 (Friday)\, 
 2025. At True North\, kids discover what it means to trust Jesus in a wi
 ld world! Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities\, sing
  catchy songs\, play teamwork-building games\, make and devour yummy tre
 ats\, experience one-of-a-kind Bible Adventures\, collect Bible Memory B
 uddies to remind them of Jesus’ love\, and test out sciency-fun experi
 ments they’ll never forget. Plus\, kids will learn to look for evidenc
 e of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each da
 y concludes with a Compass Closing that gets everyone involved in living
  what they’ve learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to jo
 in in daily for this special time at 11:30 AM.\n\nTrue North is for kids
  from 5 to 10 years of age and will run from 9 am to noon each day. For 
 more information\, call 203-795-6577. Cost is $25 per child\, with a lim
 it of $70 per family. Registration is required. After June 15\, 2025\, c
 ost is $30 per child with a limit of $80 per family. Registration closes
  June 30\, 2025\, or when the program is full. Volunteer opportunities a
 re also available for adults or high schoolers looking for community ser
 vice hours.
