About ECCT’s Ministry Network Grant
ECCT Ministry Networks may apply annually for a $2500 grant. The funds awarded may be used at the Ministry Network’s discretion and the Ministry Network must report on its use of its funds. The report is due December 1 for the calendar year the grant is awarded.
Grant applications are accepted via the online form on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted. Hard copy or email submissions will not be considered.
Once received, applications are reviewed and awards are made based on availability of funds and number of requesting Ministry Networks. Ministry Networks will be notified within 6-8 weeks of the status of their application.
Application Requirements
- All applications must be accompanied by certification of Ministry Network meeting, including vote to request grant funds.
- If the Ministry Network’s funds will be held by a parish in a custodial line, a certification of Vestry Meeting, including vote to serve as custodian, must be included.
- In order to expediate payments should the grant be approved, please ensure we have an updated ACH/Direct Deposit Form on file with ECCT. Updates are generally only required if your Ministry Network has had a change in its banking information in the last calendar year.
