Please describe your current involvement in the Episcopal Church in Connecticut using first person, narrative language.

I am on the Core Team of the RHJ&R Ministry Network. I am currently on Mission Council as their representative. I am a member of the ECCT Finance Committee and the Clergy Compensation Task Force. I also am a member of the Cathedral Chapter and a member of the Finance Committee of the Cathedral Chapter. I am also a member of the St. Luke’s/Trinity Reconciliation Core Team. I am a member of the Bishop Theodore Holly Committee.

At St. Luke’s I am a member of the Network Guild and ECW. Until this past Spring, I was Senior Warden, a member of the Vestry, and a member of the Lector’s Guild.

Please describe your current involvement in your local community and any wider community engagement using first person, narrative language.

To be honest, due to my heavy involvement in the Church and caring for my two grandchildren, I have not had time to be more involved in my local community.

Please provide a brief personal statement as to why you are suited to this position using first person narrative language.

Based on my current and past involvement in ECCT, I believe I am well suited for this position. I also have over 40 years of experience in HR, Equity and Inclusion as I was employed as a Senior Director at Yale University until my retirement in December of 2021. Serving in varying capacities in ECCT is really my passion. Being with like-minded and faithful people is truly a blessing! Other than my grandchildren, nothing brings me more joy and satisfaction!
