UPCOMING CAMP WASHINGTON PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES
Camp Washington is so much more than Summer Camp- Our Year-round Programming offers something for everyone. Allow yourself the space and time to try something new!
November 2: A Day of Hope and Peace at the CW Forge
Join us for a day of learning and training with Bishop Jim Curry at the CW forge. We will learn and practice skills- putting word into action- turning guns into gardening tools. This is designed as a workday, training the next group of interested blacksmiths who will assist in this program at Camp and around the ECCT. This transformative work is open to all, ages 13 and above. Beginners are WELCOME and encouraged! There is no fee, and lunch will be served.
November 2: Evening Worship & Community Dinner
Join us at 5 PM for a service of beautiful music, inspiring words, and Holy Communion in the language of the Celtic Christian tradition led by our friends from St. Paul’s, Woodbury: the Rev. Tuesday Rupp who will be accompanied by Pete Miserendino on guitar.
Contemporary and contemplative, a beautiful offering to God.
Following worship, join us at 6:15 PM for dinner- A time of community, conversation, and wonderful food. Come for worship- stay for dinner, or just come for dinner- your choice. All are welcome! In lieu of a ticket price for dinner, we welcome your generous donation at the table. All proceeds will go the CW Campership Fund, offering need-based financial assistance to our campers & retreatants.
