Vendor Registration Now Open for ECCT’s 239th Annual Convention

“Be of Good Courage”

October 27-28, in Hartford, Connecticut

The vendor area will run October 27-28 and will be designated as a marketplace and educational center for delegates, clergy, and lay persons from across ECCT. Exhibiting at our convention provides a unique opportunity for your ministry, program, ministry network, organization, non-profit, or company to reach out and be seen by this diverse community.

REGISTRATION

All Vendors must reserve space online via Eventbrite. Each space includes a six-foot table and two chairs. Space is limited and is assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Please note: Floor space is not included with the booth. If floor space is needed for your display, an additional booth will need to be purchased.


PRICING

  • Business/Commercial Vendors: $200 per six-foot space
  • Non-profit/General Church Vendors: $150 per six-foot space
  • ECCT Program, Ministry, or Ministry Network: $65 per six-foot space
  • Saturday Lunch Add-on: $40

INTERNET AND ELECTRICITY

All vendors will have access to wireless internet at no additional cost. Electrical outlets must be arranged in advance directly with the Convention Center utilizing the form found on the Convention Center website.


LOGISTICS

Setup
You may set up on Friday, October 27 starting at 6:30 a.m. Please note: you are responsible for providing your own personnel to transport and set up your space.

Break down
You may plan on breaking down on Saturday, Oct. 28, after 1:30 p.m. All vendors must be out of the vendor area by 3 p.m.
