Congratulations and well wishes are in order for Kayla Tubolino, who has departed her position as ECCT’s Human Resources Administrator & Title IV Manager to accept the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Collins Aerospace.
Kayla has made significant contributions to ECCT over the past six years, including developing a comprehensive goal setting and review process for ECCT staff and aiding staff throughout the COVID-19 pandemic as they shifted to remote work. Kayla has played a significant role in the makeup of ECCT’s current staff, hiring 65% of ECCT’s current staff. She has also assisted parishes in a variety of human resources related matters.
While Kayla departed her role on December 10, she is continuing to assist ECCT in finalizing the hiring of an Interim Human Resources Manager. The Episcopal Church in Connecticut is thankful for the time we had with Kayla and rejoice with her as she steps forward into this new opportunity.
