ECCT is pleased to welcome Jaylynn Foreman as Administrator for Congregations & Transitions. In this role, which she began as a temporary hire in October 2023, she will continue to support the work of the office of the Canon for Congregations & Transitions.

Jaylynn has an extensive background in administrative and customer service roles. She graduated from Southern Connecticut state where she majored in Communication with a concentration in Marketing. She then proceeded to get a Master of Health Administration (M.H.A.) from the University of New Haven.

She was introduced to the nonprofit world back in 2022 and loved making a difference in the community. She’s excited to help make a difference at both The Commons and for parishes in ECCT.

Jaylynn may be contacted at jforeman@episcopalct.org.

“I’m excited to welcome Jaylynn as a member of our team,” says the Rev. Cn. Tim Hodapp. “Her curiosity about the ‘why’ behind the work of congregational development and transitions allows her to move through the myriad details that impact my office and manage them with a balance of calm and elan. Her dry wit is an added gift to our staff.”

Jaylynn says, “I have had a great experience working for ECCT, I was welcomed with open arms. I am passionate about the impact that my work creates within the diocese and am committed to the mission of ECCT. I look forward to the future and aspire to grow as an employee here.”
