Updated Annual Parish Survey Now Open!

The Annual Parish Survey, one of the “Parish in Good Standing” criteria in ECCT, is now easier and faster to complete!

Greetings Siblings in Christ,

One of ECCT’s on-going goals is to do all we can to make the regular and required reporting responsibilities of each parish as easy as possible. One of these necessary reporting pieces is our Annual Parish Survey. For 2024, this survey has been updated and re-designed to make it easier and faster for you to complete; including the elimination of some fields and the addition of an auto-fill feature which will automatically populate many of the form fields with your most recently submitted information.

The survey also includes a few “yes/not yet” questions about your parish’s current Safe Church practices. Check out the FAQs to learn more about why ECCT is requesting this, and other information on the Annual Parish Survey.

The updated and re-designed survey will, I hope, make it easier for you to complete this form in 15 minutes or less, assuming you have the needed information on hand. In addition to the standard information about your parish (name, address, phone, email), you will need the following information on hand to quickly and easily complete the survey:

  • Main Parish Contact Name, Role and Email
  • Wardens Names and Emails
  • Treasurer Name and Email
  • Clerk Name and Email
  • Convention Delegates Names and Emails

The Annual Parish Survey is due by June 30 each year. But with so many parishes having their Annual Meetings this time of year, electing new officers and convention delegates, why wait? Take a few minutes and fill out the form today!
