About ECCT’s Scholarships for Young People
ECCT distributed $143,247 in scholarship funds to 52 young people connected with parishes, worshipping communities, schools, and clergy in ECCT for the 2025-26 academic year to offset the cost of tuition in Episcopal schools, undergraduate, and graduate institutions.
ECCT offers scholarships for young people, under the age of 25, who are affiliated with a parish or worshipping communities in the Episcopal Church in Connecticut.
Grant applications are accepted via the online form and open in January for the next academic year. Hard copy or email submissions will not be considered.
Once received, applications are reviewed by the Commission on Ministry, which meets quarterly. Awards are made based on availability of funds and number of requesting persons. For addition information, please contact the Canon for Lay & Ordained Vocations.
