I am a human resources professional with experience supporting strategic and day-to-day HR initiatives across diverse sectors, including government, higher education, financial services, nonprofits, and manufacturing. My work focuses on organizational development, building strong cultures, and equipping employees and leaders to navigate change.
I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Tennessee, and am certified through the Society for Human Resource Management.
As ECCT’s Director for Human Resources, I support all HR matters, including developing policies, overseeing talent acquisition and onboarding, managing benefits and leave programs, and guiding employee relations. I provide guidance that strengthens the diocese’s culture and empowers employees to serve faithfully in their ministries.
I am grateful for the opportunity to bring my experiences and skills to an organization that is so near to my heart. The Episcopal Church has been a pivotal part of my own spiritual formation over the years, touching my life at every stage, and it is an honor to support its mission in this role.
