About ECCT’s Technology, Security & Fire Safety Grant

The Technology, Security & Fire Safety Grant is available for parishes in Good Standing who have completed projects to enhance the parish’s technology, or ensure parish security or fire safety. Grants are in the form of reimbursements of up to $3,000 for project expenses incurred within the current calendar year. Grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 15 parishes per calendar year.

Grant applications are accepted via the online form (COMING SOON) on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted. Hard copy or email submissions will not be considered.

Once received, applications are reviewed by Rosanna Rosado, Canon for Mission Finance and Operations. Awards are made based on availability of funds and number of requesting parishes. Parishes will be notified within 6-8 weeks of the status of their application.

Application Requirements

  • Parishes must be in Good Standing to qualify for the Technology, Security & Fire Safety Grant.
  • Projects must have been completed in the current calendar year.
  • Parishes may apply for both a Technology, Security & Fire Safety Grant and a Property Improvement Grant in the same calendar year, but each grant must be for a different project.
  • All applications must be accompanied by proof of payment in form of paid invoices or receipts which must be uploaded as part of the application process.
  • All applications must be accompanied by an ACH/Direct Deposit Form to expediate payment should the grant be approved.
