Deacon Ron Steed will host an Advent Quiet Day on Saturday, December 7, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at Holy Advent Episcopal Church in Clinton. Coffee and pastries will be available at the start. Advent is a season when we wait with anticipation for something momentous and cosmically important. And yet, it seems to be offered in a surprising and incredibly fragile form that will require our own full attention and care; not everyone will see it. Further, it is already here and we don’t know it! Mary certainly feels the weight of it! We will sit with some of the themes of Advent and discuss together how we might weave these ideas into our lives. Holy Advent is located at 81 East Main Street, Clinton, CT.
