our Safe Church Specialist will be offering a boundaries refresher, focusing on proactive prevention of boundary issues in ministry. We will discuss role definition, conflict management, and self-care. This training is for Rostered Ministers of Word and Sacrament, Rostered Ministers of Word and Service, and Licensed Lay Ministers, including those listed on the pulpit supply list. It is also open to our Province 1 colleagues.
Note: This is not the training for “Safe Church” ministry to children and vulnerable populations.
