6. Supply Clergy Compensation

Resolution:
RESOLVED, That the 241st Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Connecticut adopts the following minimum Supply Clergy compensation for 2026: for one service, $250; for two same-day services, $325; all in addition to business mileage reimbursement at the rate designated by the IRS.
Explanation:
The supply clergy compensation has not been adjusted to reflect the annual cost-of-living adjustments in the last 5 years.

ECCT $200.00 $250.00
*These rates do not include the IRS-designated mileage reimbursement.
Requirements to Implement:
The action of the 2025 convention sets this schedule as the minimum for all parishes. There is no extra cost other than the effect of the supply rate at each parish.
