Do you find that while you attend Vestry with the same people every month, you don’t know much about each other’s faith journeys? Or that the “work” of church is missing the spiritual depth we can share as disciples of Jesus? Join Marsha Adell (Director of Lay Vocations & Ministry) and The Rev. Cn. Rebekah Hatch (Canon for Lay & Ordained Ministry) for some tips on how to deepen relationships and build trust among your ministry teams. We’ll send you with tangible tools to use with your ministry teams and small groups in your faith communities.
