If you’re looking to take a break during the hectic holiday season, please join us for an afternoon of contemporary and jazzy Christmas music, fun, and togetherness in the beautiful setting of a traditional, 19th century church. Father-daughter duo Steve and Rosemary Minkler will be joined by friends Chris Carrington, Malin Carta, Henry Church, Geri Ely, Robert Havery, Brian Ladden, Jeff Moro, Albert Ramos, the St. John’s Choir, and some surprise guests.

There is no admission charge, but we kindly ask you to bring a canned or non-perishable item to support the Food Bank and Soup Kitchen of Greater Waterbury Interfaith Ministries.

“Ahavah,” which means love in Hebrew, is a ballet that tells a story of hope in the midst of despair.  An imaginative retelling of the story of Jesus’ birth, this production has been running for 19 years, and is now becoming a local Christmas tradition in Middletown, CT. Ahavah explores the mystery of  Christmas, demonstrating how love can shine brightly even in the darkest of times.  This is a magical show for the whole family that will surely lift your spirit!
